Donna is an expert in her field. She is the only board certified non-veterinarian canine behaviorist. She makes dog behavior simple and easy to understand. I may be biased as I am having my dog go through her service training. She makes training a dog simple and easy to understand from a behavioral, evolutional, and practical perspective. Quick and easy read for a new dog owner - and this book is for a NEW dog owner, as house-training, supplies, and early stages are emphasized.
