Its a good book.
Here Geronimo once was singing in his washroom where his friend listened it and applied Geronimo in a singing competition. He was very nervous and was not ready for this competition but his nephew encouraged him and said he really wanted to see his uncle (Geronimo) in mouse Island Idol and then his friend made him a strict plan. Not letting him eat any cheese food and on a diet. Then he goes in the competition and bags 1 place. His song becomes a great hit but his song sales are coming down. The CDs are not getting sold. But his songs are being played every where. So he and his friend Hercule poirat, a detective takes up this case and catches the thief who pirates the CDs.

The book was very funny and in this my favourite character was Champ Strongpaws because he is cool and funny. my favourite part in this book was when Benjamin and Geronimo sang together it was really funny. i laughed a lot while reading this book . i didn't like the fact that they didn't show a lot of characters like they could have showed us the character like bruce hyena. they sang really weird but good songs like la la la. i like music but i don't think thats the song . but i still gave it a five because it made me laugh a lot .

I read this at home because I already finished my library book. This book was horrible. It was about how Geronimo Stilton applies for singing competition. His song becomes a hit. But his songs sales are going down, even though it is being played everywhere. Geronimo and his detective friend, Hercule Poirat must get to the bottom of this. The older versions of Geronimo Stilton were better. The chapters in these books were only about 1 page! I would not reccomend this to anyone, who doesn't want to read short and Cheesy books.

Singing Sensation (Geronimo Stilton #39) by Geronimo Stilton
Non-review rant
I liked illustrated books. I am too old for it, but I still do. I read all the Gerionimo Stilton books in the library, in 2015. All the books I have read in the series, amused me immensely. and the illustrations are really nice.

A twist-filled tale of piracy and vocal resplendence!

My! What a pickle Geronimo has gotten himself into now! After being coaxed into performing on a singing show in front of thousands, Geronimo determines to be the best singer he can be. To his delight, his training pays off and he wins the whole competition! This first part of the story displays Geronimo’s indomitable will power and determination.

Little did he know however, that evil was lurking close to his accomplishments. Suddenly, at the height of Geronimo’s new found success, P.P. the pirate rises. Despite having an absurd name and only pirating CDs, this maniacal, submarine owning, cat limousine riding, metal handed menace proves to be a powerful foe for our golden-voices hero.

This is a very good book because through this book, I can learn more about the steps to establish a CD and also I found that Stilton songs very well and I really hope I can listen to him sing one day.In the story, he can publish his own CD, but then someone copied it and sold it in a lower price in order to earn money but Geronimo finally solved the problem and he can have his normal life again.

A cute little story in which Geronimo signs up for a singing competition. However, after producing a CD, Geronimo finds out that someone is selling pirated copies of his CD. A good lesson for kids, but now I feel a little bad about all the music I’ve downloaded from the internet...

This book is about Geronimo Stilton who enters a singing contest (Mouse Island Idol) and he wins but there was problem his songs are a hit everyone is listening to it but sales going down because someone pirated the CDs. Now it's up to Geronimo and his friend Hercule to save the day. I read this book again because I was a Geronimo Stilton fan. When I was 8 I bought this book. Since it was 5 years since I read this book I decided to read it again. I would recommend this book to Joshua because he enjoys Geronimo's adventures.

The Geronimo Stilton books are incredible! They are such great transitional chapter books. They have some good vocabulary and have colorful adn words and the size of the words change often. I think these books are entertaining, fun and will really appeal to first, second, and third graders. I especially loved this one because it talks about a singing competition and I was able to relate to it really well and it reminded me when I auditioned and was casted for Annie.
