Very well researched, some parts of it were very insightful and inspiring, other parts were not as helpful .

Completely forgettable read. Better off telling someone to "Be awesome" "Be articulate" "Be nice" "Be a leader". I tend to prefer books with memorable stories with lessons but this one didn't have any I can remember. It a was a bullet point extravaganza like one of those office memo emails that no one remembers...
