Petit livre sans prétention aucune qui résume les différents types de pratique de la méditation. Quelques exercices accompagnent ce voyage initiatique. J'ai apprécié de bouquin qui se lit en une heure car il m'a confirmé certains éléments de compréhension que j'avais sur la méditation. Une sorte de mise à jour sur la pratique de la méditation.

An easy to read book that offers a little insight into what meditation is and some inspiration for where to start and what can be achieved. I think it's a good introduction for anyone flirting with the idea.

A good book which offers a understanding to meditation. I started meditation before I read this book and I just wanted some more background information and tips on how to do it. In order to know if I was doing it correctly. It's a very easy and simple book to read.
