Great story! Natalia is a strong, independent, psychologist who gets sheer joy from helping at-risk children. She loves her 2 young sons and feels every child deserves a happy home. David Montgomery is a sexy Hollywood actor. He and Natalia have a secret connection and if he reveals it, Natalia's life could be destroyed!

Cross my heart by Celeste O Norfleet was a very beautiful romance story. It was about Natalia Cole who is very successful. She is a social worker and has two sons Brice and Jayden that she had from a doner. David Montgomery is a famous hollywood actor and is visiting key west to gain more information on Natalia and her children. David finds out he is the biological father of her children and he originally plans to just pay Natalia off. So the press and media wont find out. But the more he spent time with her the more he fell in love with her.

Natalia and David's love story was very romantic, real, and sexy. I loved how Natalia was so head strong and didn t just fall for David because he was rich and famous. Natalia was about her children and her career. She wasn't just going to let some man come in and take that away from her.

Natalia was very strong and determined yet caring. I saw a lot of myself in Natalia while I reading Cross my Heart. David was sexy and determined yet wanted a real family because he never experienced that before.

Overall this story was beautiful and sexy and real. I loved how the author tied up everything in the end. It was definitely something I could see myself reading again. I absolutely loved it. I'll recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romance, black love, with a beautiful storyline. I give this story 5 stars.

This book was so beautifully capativing and emotional from beginning to end. I was crying and smiling while reading it. There's also lots of nervous anticipation, as to when David will reveal his secret and will Nathia ever forgive him 😧😦😲

The author did a phenomenal job of her creativity with both Nathila and David, they both display unconditionally support, love, and provided unlimited help to each other. The ending was quite intriguing, loving and unpredictable.

Highly recommended....💓💗💞💕

Highly recommended!

David was a world class idiot who wanted nothing to do with Natalia and her sons. Overtime, he got to know her and their sons. That didn't take long for David to want his family. He should have known better. Every woman is not like his mother. A wonderful story!

This was a re-read for me, originally read 12/2010. Really well written. Natalia was unknowingly connected to David in a major way. He knew this but couldn't share the connection with her until he knew the timing was right. These two had a very rocky start, but the chemistry was there immediately, and their coming together was almost instant. I loved David's courtship of Natalia. Although he was rich and famous, he "kind of" did everything at a regular mans pace. Yes he did lavish Natalia with an impromptu getaway, and bought her gifts, but Natalia allowed him to do but so much because she was not with him for the money or the fame. This was just such a great love story. The feelings seemed very real, and not forced as sometime romance novels are. I wouldn't mind reading a follow up with David & Natalia.

I actually LOVED this story.....Didn't think I would that's why it has been in my TBR pile for a while now.....David and Natalia will have you rooting for them....Wanting them to see that they need each other and that their love is real.......Natalia needs to have a life outside of the kids, work and the Teen Dream Center then in walks David who you can tell wants to be a part of something......something more than his career.

This is one of the best romance stories that comes from a single working mother point of view that I have read in a long time....you will LOVE this form beginning to end......
