I enjoyed this fun, quick read. As with the others in the series...it has those Goosebumps vibes but definitely for an adult audience as it amps up the horror and gore. I didn't particularly like the straight up reference to book one by title...took me out of the story...but these aren't books to take too seriously. Just a bloody good time.

I can see A LOT of people liking this, it just wasn't my thing. I will definitely be reading more from Nix though.
