i first read this book as coursework in high school. i didnt enjoy it then (for obvious reasons!) as i did when i read it again. a collection of short stories (20 minutes) by various african writers on various themes on african life spanning the colonial and post-colonial eras. ... so really hard to summarize..i plan to read a few stories again soon and i will improve my review then.
