A typical Harlequin, but had some surprisingly interesting insights on both motherhood and gambling. Particularly liked the gambling--I learned something new. That made the book redeemable. The love story was trite, but, again, there were moments of good insight that gave pause. Nothing more than a beach read in the hot sun with an adled brain, but some added pluses.
