For Jasyn, his love of books wasn’t the starting point—it was a byproduct. “I didn’t start writing because I loved books. I learned to love books because I started writing.”
He began his writing journey in the summer of 2009 with his debut novel WEEKS Book One. The book began as a passion project that matured into the release of WEEKS Books Two and Three, an upcoming Book Four, The Samhain Terror, and short stories and novellas. He has several more projects planned. WEEKS Books One and Two are recipients of The Readers' Favorite 5-Star Awards.
He hopes to share his stories with as many readers as he can. When he’s not working on his next project, he is taking care of his fur babies, working his 9-to-5, or “adulting,” as the saying goes.

I am enjoying this one so far. I really like seeing what happened to Phil, Tim, and Dakota after everything they went through in the first book. Their new role adds an interesting change to the story, and I am curious to see how this mission turns out.
Weeks: Book 2 isn't your run of the mill zombie story. It's less horror and more of a military action drama that happens to have zombies in it. And, that's not a bad thing. The zombie sub-genre has been done to death in recent years, many thanks to The Walking Dead, so it's nice to see some new twists, which there are plenty in this book. (FYI: Good or bad, I'm a Walking Dead fan.)
Overall, Weeks: Book Two is a well-written and fast-paced sequel that doesn't disappoint. It's a cross between Strike Back, Resident Evil, and The Walking Dead, so if you like those franchises, then you're going to love Weeks: Book Two.
I am a little way into this and already enjoying the change in setting and circumstances. The characters have clearly grown since the first book, and I like seeing them work with new people instead of always being on their own. Looking forward to seeing where this mission takes them.
This has been a fun continuation so far. I like that the characters are not simply trying to survive anymore but are actually taking on a dangerous mission. There is already a feeling that something could go wrong at any moment, which has kept me reading.
I am enjoying this more than I expected. The introduction of new allies gives the story a different dynamic, and I like seeing how the original group handles working with them. The mission itself sounds dangerous, so I am curious about what they will run into along the way.
I am still reading this, but I like the direction the series is taking. The characters have come a long way since the first book, and their new responsibilities make the story feel different without losing the survival atmosphere. I am definitely interested in seeing how everything unfolds.
Tim, Dakota, and Phil have found that safety they were looking for in WEEKS: Book One with a group of people in the country of Alyeska. Tim, Dakota, and Phil have found their place in Alyeska by joining the Alyeskan Special Operations community. Tim, Dakota, and Phil are sent out on a mission and have to fight hordes of zombies to arrive at their destinations.
While out on a mission they run up on these zombies who are acting kind of weird or at least weird for a zombie. The zombies are changing. Why no one seems to know the answer to that one as of yet.
On their journeys, they get into some pretty bad scrapes with the zombies getting themselves trapped in the process. But of course, our team of bandits are rough, tough, and very good at what they do and always seem to find a way out of any given situation.
They seem to be on top of things and have been doing some heavy training, judging by the way they fire those weapons hitting their target exactly where they want when they want. Dakota is a very tough girl and is very good at shooting her weapon.
There was this one time when they managed to get themselves trapped in a building with a horde of zombies coming up the stairwell behind them. I would love to see this scene on the big screen you know with them fighting the zombies while running up the stairs and how they would unload one weapon and then very quickly reload or exchange one gun for another and then start all over again.
WEEKS: Book Two was just as exciting and full of action with hordes and hordes of zombies. The action was non stop with hordes of zombies coming at them from all directions to fight. I really loved the twist on the zombies. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series WEEKS: Book Three.
I highly recommend WEEKS: Book Two to all zombie and post-apocalyptic fans! Come check out the new twists on these zombies! And if you haven’t yet, be sure and check out WEEKS: Book One before reading WEEKS: Book Two. One-Click your copy of WEEKS: Book Two today! Don’t forget WEEKS: Book One!
