It was mostly just a review of the literature. If you've read Tversky and Kahneman, Gigerengzer, and Klein, you don't need to read this book. Jones and Hamalainan's Systems Intelligence was new to me, but at $55 for 83 pages, it isn't worth the read unless you can get it from the library.
