Contemporary Romance Calling all fans of Save Haven! The Second Chance is for you!
Second chances rarely come around. It involves patience, hope, and a great deal of luck. When we are presented with one, we must act on it, or risk loosing it.
Abby Swanson and Eli Waiters are both in need of such luck. Both scarred--emotionally and physically--from their pasts. Both perturbed from their isolation, but even more so terrified at the idea of moving on.
To start over, you must let go of the past. But in order to do so, you may face it. Which can sometimes be more unnerving than staying confined within its shackles.
Abby and Eli want a second chance. They DESERVE a second chance. But are they willing to do what it takes in order to claim it? Or will their past come back to haunt them before they have a chance?
I thought the premise of the story was good, though it loosely reminded me of Safe Haven, but that didn't keep me from enjoying the book. It's a good quick read, think it took me about two hours.
To the author, I enjoyed your book, but I think it could use a little more editing. There are a few places where I noticed you started to write something the changed to something else. There was also one instance were you called Molly Melody. Look forward to reading more of your books.
