I enjoyed the book very much. Danny Cox explains how to deal with running an organization while the stress is on. I found that it was good to hear ideas from someone who had been in the same proverbial boat as myself.

It started really good, with a lot of good advice, but it started to get a little boring and ideas were repeated a lot.
Good thing it was a short book.
