One of the few full length novels (albeit a short one) I loved this book. Especially the gnomes. The mc is interesting, the gnomes are great, the supporting staff is fun, the gnomes are funny, the hero is handsome and the gnomes are really interesting.

Er, can you tell that I really loved the gnomes? Well worth the money, and be prepared to never look at a garden gnome the same way.

Just ok

I wanted to like this. I like the idea of gnomes and a street of magical creatures but it felt forced.

A wonderful full length novel written by the incredible Ms. Grace, who's sense of humor, wonder, and love of happily ever afters shine through. This is the beginning of a series unconnected to later works (Terran Times, Second Wave, etc), but well worth the read. There are nine books in total, the order sometimes makes it so that characters are introduced, but then later have stories telling their back story (specifically Raven and Max).

The first in the Nexus Chronicles, this book is humorous, with a wild cast of characters - each with a distinct personality. There are no fillers here! I would strongly recommend this book to readers who love urban fantasy, romance, and happily ever afters. For those artists among us who have always felt a "little different" from the rest of the world.

What can I say about this book other than I love it!!!

Abby is the artistic girl next door. She has a anal retentive mother who dispises Abby's artictic abilities and the filth that comes with it. She falls in love with a house and the fun starts there. She soon learns the meaning of friendship, family and magic, not to metion that she is this generations Nexus... what ever that is. Luckily Abby has new friends to help her along the way. The only problem is that someone wants her gone and her wild magic. Will Abby survive and will she find love in the process???

THis book has everything love, humor, action, friendship and romance. Once I started this I had to finish Abby's story. I can't wait to read the second book in this series!!!

Abby is in for a surprise when she moves into a neighborhood full of magic people, including a werewolf, gorgon, and a mermaid, her clay gnomes come to life, and she learns that she's a powerful and important Nexus. When it's instant attraction just add magic (and an orgasm or two) between her and Xander, a mage sent to train her, life gets really interesting. A fun and imaginative story.

I was really looking forward to reading this book, bought the first three books in the series....uh! Struggled to even finish it. Not sure if it's the writing style, dialogue, or just the convoluted story. After such great reviews I'm very disappointed....

This book was so cute and funny and steamy. I think that is the perfect trifecta for a great book.
