Guerino Lombardi's world just went to shit. Vampire and second in command of the Warriors of the Enclave, he's put everything on the line to save his best friend from what has to be the worst blow a man can take. Kenric, his friend and master of the Enclave, has a daughter, something believed impossible in the vampire world, and word has it she wants her father and his Enclave dead. Guerin is determined to protect Kenric, keeping the secret from him until he knows for sure if this daughter really exists and if she wants revenge.

Eve Devonshire is a woman hiding in plain sight. Not completely human, but not quite a vampire, she's accepted by neither race but is more powerful than either one. Her life has consisted of half-truths and disguises, never belonging or living in one place for any length of time. But now some have heard rumors of her existence and want nothing more than to trap her and dissect her like a lab rat.

To stay alive, Eve can't trust anyone, including the alpha vampire with midnight eyes and a thirst for pain and submission. With her enemies nipping at her heels, Eve has Guerin cornered, and both are determined to get the answers they're looking for or die trying...if they can fight their desires long enough.

Contains hot alpha male vampires, including one with a taste for sexual submission that will lead to some highly charged erotic scenes involving anal, BDSM, various restraints, floggers, and whips.

This is Guerin's book, Kenric's second in command is on a mission. That Kenric, the master vampire doesn't know about. He is off to find the daughter the Kenric doesn't know he has. He heads to Europe to hunt down Eve. Not knowing that he will be finding something more then just a daughter.
Enter Eve a hybrid, half vampire and half mortal. She is hiding from everyone. She doesn't belong in the vampire world but she doesn't belong in the human world. Her mother has been keeping her hid for most of her life. Right now she is hiding in the Rose Thorns a club that has all the fetishes a girl or guy could want. Eve was perfectly happy until Guerin walked into the club. The hot sexy alpha vampire had her number from the very beginning. There was that pull that they could not deny . They are trying to figure out what was going on and why there were people after her wanting to experiment and dissect her , for the secrets that her blood hold.
When Eve realizes that Guerin is a powerful vampire that has a taste of the submissive in him, as she dominates him they try and fight their desires. As they find their way towards each other will they be able to fight their desire and will they survive the evil that is haunting them
This is a bad ass book full of hot alpha vampires and the women they love. I was so happy when I found out Jessica wrote Guerin's book . I knew he had a story and was so glad when I saw it . Her characters are so well written and layered with some dark history, You just want to take them in your arms and snuggle up against them and just take care of them. All the female characters are really kick ass and do know how to take care of themselves but will let the men take care of them also. They are perfect matches for each other.
There is lots of sex in this book. I mean really hot sex and there is anal and BDSM. Just going to let you know so you don't go in blind. But it is hot watching the big alpha man submit . I am thinking this was the most erotic book so far in the series .

If you are not into reading about BDSM then this book is not for you. Although you could read this as a stand-a-lone book you really need to read the other books in order to get a sense of what the enclave has been up against so far and why Guerino has travelled so far for his mission.

Eve is a woman who is used to having to move regularly and keeping her true self hidden. A human/vampire hybrid and the daughter of a master vampire and a very strong female vampire, Eve is strong and has powers that others would love to get their hands on.

Guerino and Eve have a complicated relationship to start with especially as Eve owns a BDSM club and Guerino is a sub in the bedroom only. Both find something in the other that they had been repressing or otherwise ignoring their desires.

We are introduced to old sires and enemies that need help dispatching, along with a family reunion. Guerino shows us how far he is prepared to go to protect both Eve and Kenric.

The only down side for me is that the Markus issue was never cleared up. I would love it if we got and ending even in novella form for Markus and Alex as i hate things being left like that.

A brilliant series.

I loved how Guerin could sometimes knock Eve off her rocker, "Eve spun in place, and her rear bumped against the door. Guerin stood there, completely nude, with his briefs and coat in his grip. "W-wh-what are you doing?" I mean these two have some rocking chemistry, "Eve snatched his arms from the bed, spread them wide, and pinned him to the mattress. Not unusual for a female vamp, except with Eve, the maneuver had been performed with her mind. He was so effing hard. One touch. Sh**. One damn touch from her and he'd blow." Guerin may be a harda** but you can tell that he truly cares for Eve, "the man who just told you your mother is dead, and the one who's going to effing hold you for as long as you need me to." And who knew the boy could be such a damn romantic when it came to his woman, "yet here you are. And you're my soul mate, beautiful. Everything inside me screams it with shrill intensity any time you're near- you're mine." I enjoyed reading this book it had adventure, naughtiness and love, the three most important things for a book to have for me to read it.

Guerino Lombardi is the second in command of the Warriors of the Enclave. He is needs to find if the rumors are true. That Kenric has an unknown daughter. A most improbable rarely in the vampire world. Eve Devonshire grew up told by her mother that her father did not want them both. She knows she is unusual and that people want to harness her unique talents. When Guerino encounters Eve and that is when the two worlds collide. Guerino is an alpha male with a taste of the sexual submissive aspect. The sex scenes will burn off the pages. It is so erotic hot. I love how you can feel so many emotions with Guerino. (Love, Fear, Desire, Anger) This is the third book from the Enclave series. I did not read the other two books in the series. The story has given enough information to follow and not get lost. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series. I received a complimentary copy from NetGalley for an honest review.

Eve is a vampire / human hybrid living under the grid knowing if she is discovered people will use her to discover how she happened to be. Guerino has learner that Kendrick has a daughter and has went off to see if she is like her mother even though vampires can not have children. With the truth revealed their attraction may be what saves them.
Wonderful characters that continue to grow and expand with each new book in this series. Nice paced.,hot sex and the submissive aspect is different than I was use to. This time the male is the submissive. A very interesting contrast. Can't wait to see what the author comes up with next.

Intense

This book in the series is packed with so much action and bedroom adventures so you need to be an adult 18 or older. He is in Homberg, Germany looking for Eve, Kenric's, daughter. She is 1/2 human and 1/2 vampire. She thinks Kenric abandoned her. He never knew she existed. I love this series!

Undying Desire by Jessica Lee
Book #3: Enclave Series
Source: Purchase
My Rating: 4½/5 stars
My Review:

**CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR BOOK #2, UNDYING EMBRACE**

Woot! Welcome to round three of the Enclave series and one seriously hot couple! At the end of book two, Undying Embrace, Markus dropped one hell of a bombshell that only Guerino Lombardi was privy too. According to the crazy bastard, Kenric and Marguerite accomplished the impossible, they had a child together. In an effort to understand the madness, Guerino shares the information with Aaran and though both are loathe to keep secrets from Kenric they know they must have proof before blowing up their Master and friend’s world.

With a mind to helping his friend, Guerino takes off for Europe in search of a woman by the name of Eve, a woman who isn’t supposed to exist. Though Guerino knows he is acting on the word of a madman, he finds himself in Nuremberg face to face with the single most stunning woman he has ever encountered. Trouble is, Eve has spent the last 300 years masking her identity and trusts no one, so chaining this new man in a dungeon and beating him in order to get answers really isn’t an issue for her. Trouble is, the man likes the beating and no matter how much pain she offers up, he isn’t talking.

For the better part of 300 years, Eve has been a legend in the vampire world. The offspring of two vampires shouldn’t exist yet she does and her abilities – to day walk, in particular – are coveted and most would do anything to get their hands on her. Of particular note is Seth, a powerful vampire whose lust for Eve’s secret is no secret and once he figures out precisely who she is, he comes in hard and fast which compromises Eve’s dungeon location. Though she isn’t completely sure of Guerino’s interest in her, she knows he isn’t working for Seth and so, she takes him when she flees. As we all know, dangerous situations tend to heighten sexual chemistry and that sure as hell happens with Eve and Guerino. She is wicked powerful and has a penchant for light Domination which makes her the perfect match for Guerino who has an interest in strong women and is willing to submit to them in the bedroom alone.

As I have come to expect, nothing easy for the Enclave and getting Eve to safety is going to be a nightmare of epic proportions. Seth has an even more powerful partner and once Guerino discovers her identity, he knows the showdown is going to get ugly. Facing his past when all he wants to do is protect and possess Eve will test Guerino and push him to the point of breaking. Added to the mix is the totally uncomfortable meeting between Eve and Kenric (aka daddy dearest) and where, exactly Eve fits into Kenric’s and the Enclaves world.

The Bottom Line: Wowsa did I like this book! Eve is some kind of bad ass with her ability to take out vampires with her mind, walk in the sun, and dominate an Alpha male like Guerino Lombardi. Eve has such a hard time trusting others because of her abilities and the lies her mother told her making Guerino, a man who also has a hard time trusting a good match for her. The two, though they go through a ton of crap, are an excellent match for one another both in the bedroom and out of it. The evolution of their relationship is quick and crazy but it fits in perfectly with the pacing and content of the plot. I very much like that there is action mixed in with the drama but there isn’t so much that it drags on. I feel like I’m getting deeper into this series with each read and I still don’t know what’s happened with Alex and Markus . . . on to book four :)

I am just finished reading Undying Desire and I am one happy camper. My criteria for a good paranormal usually involves vampires and a good story I can lose myself in. A great one also includes great characters and some heat. Yup-yup-yup! This book has everything I love about paranormals.

Characters:
Guerino Lombardi - vampire and second in command. Alpha on the street but a sub between the sheets. Now that's one interesting man and is creation is a curious story. Yet Eve Devonshire is even more interesting. Not completely human, but not quite a vampire. I struggled to understand how it happened until the reveal happens. Very clever concept. I will end it there because it's a real interesting tidbit and I wouldn't want to spoil it for anyone. I missed reading the first two books to this series but I'm fairly sure all the secondary characters were in it. Instead of feeling I've missed something, the author has presented them in such a way that I can figure out their past. Nothing overwhelm, but enough that they have depth and really add to the story.

Sex:
Oh yes, there is sex. It is so hot the pages sizzle. Now if you caught what I said before. Guerin is an alpha. However, between the sheets he likes to be dominated. Now In case you didn't know, Eve is a Domme. I'm not into the Domme/sub combo because frankly, I find most Dommes tend to be portrayed as over the top controlling b*tches all the time like they have to prove something. In addition, I find male subs end up coming out too effeminize and that is just a turn off. In this instance, there is a nice balance between Eve being both woman and Domme. When she takes Guerin in hand, it doesn't come off as a power trip. As for Guerin, let's just say he may be a sub but he takes it like a man. Hee-hee-hee!

The Plot:
I always can appreciate when an author takes their time to allow the story to unfold thorough the book instead of info overload in the beginning. Undying Desire has very good pacing. At no time did I feel anything was rushed. There is plenty of build up between scenes and even if I were able to predict what would happen next Ms. Lee would present it in a way that I was not expecting. There are plenty of layers that are revealed at the end so not only do we get an epic battle but also there are epic HEAs. I like when every character has their own story that ends happily especially when the all the components in the book fit nicely together.

There's only one thing I am struggling with at this moment. It's how to classify if this is an erotic PNR because frankly while this Undying Desire has a lot of hot sex in it, the sex is only secondary to the romance and struggles Eve and Guerin go through. What I am not struggling with is my recommendation. I have read several books now by Jesscia Lee and I have to say this is my absolute favorite. Undying Desire does work well as a stand-alone but I would recommend reading the entire The Enclave series. Looking forward to reading more by this author.

I received this book from JeepDiva for the express purposes of an honest review. The opinions and rating of this review are solely mine and in no way was I compensated.

This is the third book in The Enclave series but is easily read as a standalone although I'm sure if you read them in order it's a far more satisfying read with character development . I hadn't read anything by this author before but was tempted by the idea of a vampire story that could somehow also include a submissive alpha male. I thought it would be such an unusual angle that I couldn't resist reading this book. Factor in that the submissive is a vampire and by very nature a predator then it was a must read book for me as that's something so different I had to try it!
Eve is alone and running her own club where just about anything goes. She's a unique vampire hybrid who has the ability to appear human and can go out in sunlight but she's hunted so cleverly conceals her true identity. Eves father Kenric runs a band of vampire warriors known as The Enclave and unbeknown to Eve has recently killed her evil murderous mother . Guerino is a trusted friend of Kenric and has undertaken the task of tracking down Eve and finding out once and for all if she's as murderous as her mother . What he hadnt expected was to meet a woman who is his perfect match in every way. She's sexy, demanding and loves to be In charge and there's nothing that turns Guerino on more! Getting off to a shaky start the sparks soon start to fly but those hunting Eve for her blood are catching up. As if that wasn't enough trouble there's also the little fact that Eves mother was killed by Guerinos best friend and there's no way she will take that lying down !
I've read a lot of different takes on vampires but I am always keen to find something a little different and unique and this book certainly delivers that! At one point a vampire transformed into a werewolf and unfortunately that didn't really get explained , although it's possible that issue might have been covered In a previous book in the series. What I did like though was that these vampires are not just bloodthirsty but capable of emotions and relationships.
These are quite clearly passionate characters and although I have read a small amount of BDSM stories I still found it difficult to equate the dominant male vampire with submissive tendencies. It's easier to believe that Eve could have dominatrix desires as I could see her innermost predatory tendencies rising. Having said that the sex scenes are quite explosive and very inventive! Clearly the author has a vivid imagination and it certainly shows here . Definitely not a book for those easily shocked .
It's an inventive book with lots of twists and turns and a very good plot. I really liked that the author devised new tortures and punishments as it made it feel fresh. Whilst I'm not particularly fond of stories that feature pain I can see that for these two characters it's an essential part of learning to trust in their relationship. So many confrontations and I was beginning to fear there wouldn't be a happy outcome but Ms Lee certainly believes in giving her readers an unforgettable ride!

Holy crap! Undying Desire, the third book in The Enclave series by Jessica Lee, has gone above and beyond my expectations! This book about Guerin Lombardi and Eve Devonshire took me to the edge and then, just when I thought it couldn't get more intense, had me toppling over. One of my favorite things about the books in this series is that each story is both original and different, allowing each one to stand on its own but still tying everything together. Guerin and Eve's love story was intense and what these two had to go through proved just how much they were willing to sacrifice for the other. This had a BDSM theme to it but it was presented in a creative manner, but I guess it should be that way since these are vampires we're dealing with and I doubt a little love tap here and there would satisfy their appetites. ^.^

While I did figure out who Seth Keller, the vampire seeking out Eve, was working with, I still found myself somewhat shocked with how everything played out. The whole thing also ties in to Guerin's past and the life he once lived as a vampire and how Eve works into his life now. I will admit that I wasn't quite expecting what I learned regarding Guerin's history, considering he's always been this stoic co-founder and second-in-command of the Enclave, but it does add this extra layer to an already interesting lead character. Hey, I already knew that these Enclave warriors were complex characters, but they never fail to surprise me anyway, which is why I simply can't get enough of them and the women they intend to spend the rest of eternity with. ^.^ These are stories and characters that really demand your full attention.

You would think that the third book in a series would somehow reach some sort of plateau, because it is rather difficult to maintain the high quality of storytelling over a number of books. However, Undying Desire bucks the trend, showing that it didn't just maintain the level achieved by the first two books but surpassed it. The writing is undeniably excellent but it helps that the story itself is something otherworldly. Vampires are nothing new in the world of fiction but with so many books out there, both past and present, readers like me look forward to coming across elements that we've never read about before. Jessica Lee has definitely taken things to a whole new level with Undying Desire, and based on the reviews I've read, I'm not the only who loves all things Enclave. This third book gets five-plus stars! ♥

Jessica Lee's best work to date!

I'm a fan of Jessica's books so I started Undying Desire expecting to enjoy the characters and story line. What absolutely blew me away was the deep emotional reaction that I had to the characters and their situation. This is NOT your typical erotic/paranormal romance. The characters are flawed, conflicted, emotionally raw and very, very real.

Eve is a female dominant. As a vampire, she has lived a long life, but her unique mixture of human and vampire genes makes her a prize hunted by many. Her mother taught her early to protect her self and trust no one lest she be manipulated and betrayed. She hates her father for abandoning her as a child and is internally conflicted about her own self worth. At first I had a hard time believing her character was a true sexual dominant because of this, but then I pulled back a step and separated her internal dialog from the external persona that she portrayed. It was a "light-bulb" moment for me because when I recognized that the duality enhanced her strength, I then understood that immersing herself into the scene and focusing on caring for her sub, was how she calmed herself doubts and regained her mental equilibrium. She wasn't hiding her insecurities under a mask of strength; her dominance meets her own needs as well as her submissive's. She's not bad or broken, she's complex!

Guerin is a warrior, second in command to one of the oldest vampires alive. He is the picture of strength, perseverance, intelligence and tenacity. He made a promise to himself, years ago, to never give his heart or his submission to a Mistress again. While his soul craves the release of letting go, his mind is tormented by memories of the past. His trust was once abused, and he fears he will lose himself forever should he submit again.

Undying desire offers two of the most complexly written characters I have ever read, combines them with an intricately developed story line and continues to build on the story line presented in earlier books. It made me gasp, brought me to tears, shocked me, touched me and just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I would turn the page and another WHOA moment would catch me by surprise. You can read this as a stand alone book but is awesome as the latest addition to the Enclave family of stories!

A copy of Undying Desire was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
Honestly, I feel like I owe JESSICA for the privilege of reading this book!)

Title: Undying Desire

Series: The Enclave Book #3

Thoughts: If you are a fan of paranormal books that feature vampires, then you can’t go wrong with the Enclave series. The series reminds me a little bit of the Black Daggerhood series by J.R Ward, and fans will easily become engrossed by this series. Undying Desire gives us Guerino and Eve’s story and is a great addition to the series. While it can be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the series in order to give you a good sense of this world and all the characters in it, particularly as all these characters are intertwined and continue to appear in other books in the series. Not to mention that each edition in the series is just as captivating as the last! Definitely recommend this series!

Undying Desire, Jessica Lee.
Review from Jeannie Zelos book reviews.
This is the third book in Jessica's Enclave series. I've read and enjoyed all three. Each is a standalone story, but builds upon events from previous books, so though you could read this without earlier ones you'll get best enjoyment from reading the whole series.
As with the earlier books the vampires are hot; built, attractive, and sensual. There's sex. Lots of it – very erotic scenes, including BDSM and anal. So take note if that's not your scene, it fits well within the storyline though and for a change there's a couple of Dommes and a male submissive!
Marcus, the Enclave warrior who was seduced and won over to the side of the evil Marguerite, was recaptured by the team in the last battle when she was killed at last. He's still mixed up, refusing to eat and kept imprisoned in the basement. He told his former partner Arran that Kenric had a daughter by Marguerite. Something he knew nothing about, and she's now 300 years old. Arran shares this with Second Guerino, and they decide if she's as evil as her mother, and with word out that she wants to kill Kenric and the Enclave that looks likely, she's a threat and that Kenric will feel he has to kill her, something no father should have to do. They decide Guerino will seek her out and see what needs to happen.
Its the same blend of story, danger and sensuality that characterises the others in this series. Its a fun read, and realistic within the realms of fantasy – I hate it when authors pull new talents out just at the danger point, I like to know what the characters can do and that the danger is real, not that it will be overcome by some new and unheard of wonder skill. Guerino was a great lead, as with all the enclave warriors he's hot and sexy, but very moral and out to protect those who need it. He sees Eve as needing that protection and though there's a sizzling attraction that they both let happen, she's not so sure of the long term with him. Years, centuries of hatred of Kenric and his Enclave can't be undone just on someone's word. No matter how sexy he is.
Stars: Four, an erotic and compelling read.

One of the most exciting things as a reader is to get to read the next novel in a series when you have read the ones proceeding. This group introduced and brought to life by this author The Enclave are filled with some interesting characters and in this one it continues with Guerin going on a mission so to speak to search for and retrieve Kenric's daughter Eve. But there is one hitch though to this he does not know she exists plus what her character will be like once found. Arran is the only one who knows so far, all of this being something they must feel to do for someone they hold in great esteem and care for. Honor does play a big role in this novel, because it even has a husband keeping a secret from his mate which in the paranormal is not a easy thing or desirable for that manner to do. Guerin's character is much more revealed in this also which was quite fascinating to say the least. When he has finally encountered Eve who has done a bang up job in staying hidden up to this point she is the key in the revealing. Once they start their dance together in their destiny she brings out long buried treasures for her to devour with him being the tasty willing morsel. But of course they are not the ones who want a piece of Eve and to know where she is especially since she is quite special to say the least. If caught by them the outcome would not be quite so desirable either. Sooner or later in most cases the truth always comes out especially when honor is among each other as these men and their mates have it. The thrill for the reader is to be on this roller coaster ride that has many going for the one "target" delectable one at that. She is also more than meets the eye with more power and abilities that are part of this fascinating reading. Confrontations done in this novel with much pizzazz leaving you at times going yeah buddy. Without giving away any of the juicy morsels that should be tasted for any reader this is another exhilarating read filled with heat that brings you closer with this group in a world you love reading and experiencing. Received a arc for a honest review.

The third book in the Enclave series is a trilling vampire romance that keeps readers on their toes. Secretly Guerino heads out to find Kenric’s unknown daughter and determine if she really exists and if she really wants her father destroyed. Hiding in plain sight, Eve is a vampire human hybrid wanted by neither but more powerful than both, but to stay alive she can trust on one.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps the adrenaline pumping with lots of suspense, action, drama and romance. The author brings the story to life with well written scenes and events which inspire vivid images that capture the imagination and the well orchestrated actions scenes are believable and grab the reader’s attention drawing them deeper into this mesmerizing world. The strong compelling characters are easily connected to and have the reader wanting to know more. The tension builds while Eve and Guerino try to decide if they can trust each other, an enemy gathers to capture them both.

The attraction between Guerino and Eve explodes from the pages and the sex scenes are hot and steamy with BDSM scenes, anal sex play scenes and the submission of an sexy alpha vampire male that scorches the reader with vibrant intensity. The reader can’t help but get caught up in the story as Eve learns more about her past and finds herself hoping for a future ends the loneliness of her life. But of course relationships are never easy and this has sparks flying because of the past, secrets and perceived betrayals.

The author has created a captivating world of vampires with her own unique touch that keeps readers entertained and surprising twists that spices things up even more. I was highly anticipating the release of this book because I thoroughly enjoyed the first two and I must say I was not disappointed. I would be hard put to pick a favorite but this one might possibly be it. I will be impatiently waiting on the next one.

Even among the most powerful, there is a struggle to survive. Thus is the case for the Enclave, because there are enemies lurking. When Guerin learns that a new threat, one thought impossible, has emerged, he seeks it out on his own.

Eve has always known danger and assumes the man asking about her is no friend, but she and Guerin share an immediate connection. Can she trust him? Soon, they are being tracked and both most face their pasts. As the danger intensifies, so do their feelings.

To start, this book is steamy; it's an adult book, bordering on erotica (if not crossing over). There's no denying the connection between Eve and Guerin since the pages sizzle every time they are together. Plus, the fast-paced plot will leave you just as breathless.

As it turns out, it was a bit too fast for me; I wanted more background on the Enclave and more insight into some of the characters. I kept getting the nagging suspicion I was missing something. Then, I discovered there are other books in the series. If I had understood better what everyone was fighting for, I would have been even more captivated than I was.

In addition to interesting characters and strong connections between them, I found the weakness of these vampires--particularly from their own desires--fascinating. Not only did they face the dangers of those more powerful or feel beholden to their need to feed, their connection to their mates (or potential ones) was paramount to their existence.

For those who enjoy some heat along with a mesmerizing story, pick up a copy of Undying Desire today.

Jessica Lee returns to the world of the Enclave in her latest novel Undying Desire, A Novel of the Enclave. Once again, I was transported into the world of Kenric and his warrior vampires. This is a series and the characters have grown in each book so it would probably be best to read them in order. That said, if you read it first, you’d be dying to see what happened in the earlier books. The pace is fast, and they all are definitely books that you don’t want to put down once you start.
As a team, the Enclave has been through a lot. Guerin, as second in command has information that needs to be checked out about the master’s past. Everyone thought that it was impossible for vampires to mate and bear a child, but apparently Kenric’s sire found a way to do just that. Kenric escaped his sire and never looked back, never knowing that he had a daughter. Eve was always told that her father wanted nothing to do with her or her sadistic mother. Eve learned all about hiding from her mother, hiding in fear of what would happen to her if someone found out what she really was. Guerin has to decide is this child of Kenric friend or foe, like her mother.
This fast paced journey, finds Guerin smack dab in the middle of what Eve feared more than anything. Someone hunting her, to find out how she was created and how to make more just like her. Unfortunately, it also throws Guerin into the clutches of his own wicked sire.
This is definitely a twisted sizzler that will keep you reading from page one.

So the good news is Marguerite is dead, but not before dropping a bomb on the Enclave - she and Kenric have a child. So the Enclave decide to investigate before letting Kenric know this information to be sure that she doesn't take after her mother in the whole revenge department.

They send Guerin to find Eve who has been hiding out from those who want to know more about how she is even possible and one who is completely obsessed with her. Not only is he surprised to find that they are soul mates and perfect for each other in every way, but also that someone he least expects is working with the one obsessed with Eve. They will have to face their worst enemies together, but not alone as Eve's father and others from the Enclave join them in the fight and Eve learns about love and family.

Guerin and Eve are scorching hot together. With him being such an alpha guy out of the bedroom, it made it extra hot for him to submit to her in it. And what a romantic he is. My favorite moment was the roses on her birthday. Super sweet. They are just so perfect for each other and I hope to read more of their story.

My heart broke for Eve as she let loose on Kenric when they first met. His just standing still knowing she needed to do that and how much it hurt both of them. Then when she read his memory of his time with her mother knowing what it was to him. Then all of their moments afterwards as she finally let him in as her family. Just wonderful.

I give Undying Desire 5 hearts!

3.5 Not too bad

I got this book for free and didn't realize it wasn't the first book in the series. By the second chapter I figured out it had to be a bookmaker a first book it I propositions which it is because I went back and looked for the other books and all it said was the name and series, no mention or number distinguish book is which in the series. This book was ok , but a bit too much bondage for me. Anytime anyone had sex in this book it was all whipping and stuff. Now im not personally into that kinda thing but I don't mind reading about it some but not when that's all its about. I get it I really do.I understand it's salute.person being whipped that's really the one in control, so I do understand the meaning of what was going on here but as I said just a bit much.
I don't think I will bother reading the other books in this series because I think they are more of the same, well at least some of them from what persevered to in this book, and really it was just an ok book at that candidature read something I'd enjoy more, preferably something with no whips and handcuffs unless it's just the evil guys using them for evil purposes. Just not something that turns me on so why bother ya know?
But if that's your thing or you just like reading about that kind of thing and like to picture a big strong hot hunk of vamp begging his mistress and in my opinion emasculated by her then this is your book.

Undying Desire is an action packed dark erotic tale with a plethora of likable and colorful, as well as the nasty characters we love to hate. This is book three in The Enclave series and not having read prior works was not a problem as the world building and character profiles are so well written you do not feel lost, although it is apparent much has occurred prior to this adventure.

I will admit the reading took me a bit out of my comfort zone, being the first BDSM read for me and the tale begins with a significant introduction to this world. However, it should be noted that even thought this is an erotic tale, it is story driven and the sexuality is not gratuitous but rather part of who the characters are, as well as the reality in which the story takes place. As the story progresses there is much more to it than the smexy, it is a tale of forgiveness, greed, revenge, anger, joy, love, and self-realization. There are some great head-lopping battles, zombies, magic, and much more.

I would recommend this book to adults who enjoy an action packed erotic read and perhaps those wanting to step out of their comfort zone to try something a little different. I received this book with a request for my honest review without any compensation whatsoever, other than the joy of reading a new book.

I was given a gift copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. What must it be like to feel utterly alone in the world? Never feeling like you fit in because you are neither fully human nor fully vampire? To know that the only reason people come looking for you is because they want to use you for some nefarious reason or another? This is what Eve has had to deal with for her entire existence. Her mother made her believe that her father abandoned them before her birth because he couldn't stand the sight of her. So of course she is leery when someone comes looking for her. Gurien is a member of the Enclave with a dark past and he is on a mission to find proof of Eve’s existence. When he does find her lets just say he gets a hell of a lot more than he bargained for. Eve and Gurein have a great chemistry before all is said and done they will both have to face some hard truths and even face some old demons as well. This book is wonderfully written and sucked me right in. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did

Exciting, Entertaining and Riveting
I really enjoyed reading this story. Even though this is the third book of a series, it was the first one I've read, and in no way did that distract from enjoying this book. Self-contained story and yet I can see the advantage of reading the first two story’s just to get some background on the character’s throughout. Very good interplay between all the characters. But I do see myself seeking out the first two to read now that I had a taste of just how good a story line it is. Keep my interest throughout the entire book. Lots of action and some very hot sex as well as some BDSM going on. Very well written and very entertaining story line as well as very original.

I enjoyed this way more than i thought i would! This was because i knew, going in, that the male lead was going to be submissive in the bedroom and the female was going to be the dominant! Not typically my cup of tea but i really liked Guerin and i liked the fact that while he submitted in the bedroom, that's were it stopped...out of the bedroom he was a very sexy tough alpha male! Another great story filled with lots of action and sexy steamy scenes. I'm definitely enjoying how Jessica Lee writes and i'm really looking forward to Markus' book!!

Jessica Lee creates characters that are powerful and deadly. Undying Desire is a roller coaster ride of pain and pleasure. This is the third novel of the Enclave and by far the best. The many twists and turns will keep the reader hooked as they follow Guerin's search to find Eve, Kenric's daughter, but he's not the only one who wants to find her. The battle lines are drawn Who will be left? Just be aware that the story is extremely erotic and contains scenes that may not be for everyone.

Great book. If you are looking for a steamy vampire book this is it.

Eve is living in hiding as a vampire hybrid feeling alone. Guerino comes to looking for her. He is trying to determine if she is going to do anything to harm her father Kenric.

Lots of steamy scenes and a definite must read if you are into the vampires. I didn't read the first books in this series but I am going to have to now!

I was provided a copy of the this book for my honest review.

This was a great read! I loved the writing style of Jessica Lee. Although I messed up the series by reading this book first. I got an email saying this book was free and downloaded it without doing any research on the book. Had i known this book was part of a series I would have read them in order. Ugh! But this book was THAT good, that I'm going to order the other books so I can get the whole "Enclave" experience! Lol.

This book wasn't the typical vampire-hybrid romance. The major difference was the fact that the WOMAN was the one with the power in the relationship. At times, they're borderline abusive with this power, which I really didn't like, but the rest of the time they seem stronger, more capable, and better vampires. This change is so different from almost all the other books out there that I have to commend Ms. Jessica Lee for that.

I DNF'ed this at about 30%. This is obviously one of a series, and I didn't feel it was standalone. I also thought it was too violent too quickly. I didn't care for it, but is was well written and I didn't notice any glaring editorial errors.
