Being an immortal and oh yes Santa Claus had its perks. But sometimes the monotony of it could become tedious. Every year, Nicholas Kringle portrayed his guise for human children at Christmas time, but this year it wasn’t the same. He was burned out and needed a change. He wanted excitement. He wanted to play! What better way than to spend a few days relaxing on a beach in the Caribbean? He didn’t expect to see an exotic island girl wade out of the surf, and he didn’t expect his heart to jump in his chest when she stared into his eyes. There was much more to Neeva Monroe other than her beauty. There was a sadness that Nicholas longed to cure, and from their first kiss, Nicholas knew she would be his. She didn’t believe in him being Santa Claus, but he was determined to prove to her that magic exists, and his love would last longer than a lifetime.

Warm and fuzzy!!

I likey. I’ve read this one a few times now it is the holiday I am reading again as the nerd I tend to be. I like the storyline using mythology, finding love and healing what more can you ask for! There are a few sexy scenes but we are adults this is for adults who don’t mind the sexy. Read for mild spice for Christmas. 😄

A Christmas love and healing

Santa was bored and needed a vacation. What he really needed was his love that makes it all worth it. His love was so pure that Nevea had no way to deny loves healing grace with a touch of magic.

Nicholas Kringle has had enough of Christmas preparations and decides to take an island vacation. Neeva Monroe wasn't what he expected to find. She had no time for Christmas due to deep hurt in her past and laughs when Nicholas tells her his name. She doesn't believe in Christmas magic or Santa but more and more Nicholas wins her over. He's looking for his Mrs Claus. Can he heal Neeva's deep wounds and help her make new Christmas memories?

This book left me wanting more. It was so sweet. Nick knew exactly what he wanted and want afraid to pursue Neeva, including getting his hands dirty working with her at her business. He took the time to understand her anxiety and didn't let Neeva just push him away but have her space.

I loved the relationship between Nick and his Mother. How she summoned him.
