Finished? Was that not the hottest little read?!? Damn that Race! Now you’re ready for the rest of his and Astrid’s story…hold on because this one will take you for a ride!
Fit To Be Tied is a continuation of Race and Astrid’s story from the quickie Super-Sex Me, which was included in the Just Desserts anthology. It paralleled Steam Bunny, as these 2 met at the convention that takes place in that story.
FTBT is a hot, hot, hot, sexy, humorous, emotional read. It's a little different because of the supernatural element, but that just adds more depth to this story. Race and Astrid have mad chemistry, but she is fighting it because she doesn't understand what happens to her when they are together. And Race doesn't want to tell her what she is, he wants her to experience and embrace it on her own terms.
Astrid is no shrinking violet and she doesn't pull any punches with Race. He completely adores her and even as she fights against him and tries to push him away he doesn't give up, as he knows they are meant to be together. "I need to feel your bliss sweetheart. It's the only thing that makes sense in my life."
As we saw in Super-Sex Me the heat between these 2 is combustible. I'm surprised the ice hotel didn't melt when they get together, lord almighty. So hot.
What surprised me most about this book was how emotional it was- I wasn't expecting the the pain and torment that both Race and Astrid dealt with, it brought me to tears. Felicity did such a beautiful job with this part of the story, I fell more in love with these characters as they confronted their painful pasts.
I wish more people were familiar with the Little Miss Kick-Ass series. They are so well written, full of great characters and storylines, just really great reads.

This novella is hot, in more ways than the obvious one; you associate with an erotic romance. The love scenes are steamy and sizzling, as is the chemistry between Astrid and Race but they share more than sexual attraction. There is a strong supernatural element in this story, which makes it special.
Both Astrid and Race have tragic, past, emotional baggage and the story's gradual unveiling of this, makes it poignant read. There is plenty of humour to balance the sadness and this story retains the characteristic 'naughty' scenes, which we enjoyed in 'Steam Bunny'.
Although part of a series, Astrid's and Race's story is standalone and has a lovely romantic, sexy ending and is my favourite story so far.
I received a copy of this book from the author in return for an honest review.

I'm just not enjoying this. I realize this is the second book in a series but I thought it could be a stand-alone. I'm guessing it can't be since it keeps referring to things that happened before and not making much sense to me. Also I don't really understand what the attraction is between Astrid and Race. If it was just sexual that would make complete sense but they're claiming more.

Fit To Be Tied is such an emotionally well-written novel! I could literally feel each and every emotion of both Astrid and Race’s pain, tugging at my heart. Felicity Kates writing paint a vivid picture of the things happening between Astrid and Race and what they feel.

I honestly didn’t expect Race to have a secret as dark as his. I was thinking of perhaps some dark things he did as a rich billionaire or something but Charity and Stella? Yeap, that was totally unexpectedly dark and painful.
Astrid’s miscarriage was mentioned briefly in Steam Bunny but the pain…oh god, the pain Astrid went through, it’s expressed so painfully vivid through the author’s writing.
Steam Bunny had some of the wildest and steamiest, yet sweetest erotic scenes I have ever read about in a novel! In Fit To Be Tied, everything is amplified at least a few hundred times!
Everything is so exciting in this novel, between Astrid and Race! Felicity Kates and her Little Miss Kick-Ass Novellas are officially one of my favourite author and series!
Can’t wait for more of her novels!

Having read Steam Bunny and Just Desserts, I thought I was prepared for F2BT. I was wrong. This story went WAY above and beyond the awesome sexiness that I expected. I was warned I might need tissues... "Nah," I thought, "I'm tough". NOT! This amazingly beautiful and superbly sexy, yet completely heart-wrenching, story is the stuff of legends. Seriously mind-bending, and one of the best almost-paranormals that I've read in a while.
First of all, let me assure you that you don't NEED to read the first two stories, to enjoy this one, although you'll want to! Race is the billionaire a-hole, that everyone loves to hate. Astrid is the beautiful girl who's been burned too many times to put her heart on the line. They felt an instant connection, but will it turn into something else, when all the cards are dealt, and all the shields are down? Will they even get to that point? Equal parts sexy and mysterious, panty-melting and heart-melting, you'll want those afore-mentioned tissues, for your sobbing eyes AND your weeping nethers...enjoy!

Omg! Omg! My new favorite couple!! Race a Viking demigod that looks like thor, Astrid Who is the goddess of fertility hot and sexy and sassy as hell, when you put them together and makes one hot funny I and a emotional story. Their story had me laughing and fanning the face and crying. Astrid Who doesn't want to fall for Race and Race who will do anything to have Astrid. As they both go back to races home country where they stay in the ice hotel where Astrid tries everything in her power to get space between her and race she kicks them out of her room tries to keep a distance but fails in every situation. Races debating about showing her where he grown up because if you did she would truly see what a monster he is will race help her finally see that she is a goddess let her in to see the real him well Astrid let race in your heart will she see who he truly is well she finds herself like I said this book had everything made me laugh and cry. My new favorite couple!

It just about fogged the lenses of my glasses!
And then...I was scrambling for the tissues because not only do Astrid and Race exude combustible chemistry every time they're within arm's reach of each other, they also have a well-rounded story! YES! FINALLY! An author who can write erotica and write it well, AND give their story a PLOT!
A definite recommend for all my friends who read erotica! And an EXCELLENT follow-up to her previous novella, Steam Bunny!

I received this ARC of Fit To Be Tied by Felicity Kates as a prize in a contest. I loved this book. It its hot and sensual. It has a very good plot and caught my interest right away. It has emotions and feelings and at one point even made me cry. The setting is in a Hotel made of Ice and that alone I found very fascinating. What a wonderful place that would be to visit for real! All the parts just kind of fell together , making this novel a lot of fun to read. I especially enjoyed the ending. The love between Race and Astrid (I love that name) seemed magical and like something every girl dreams of having one day. This book is well written and is my first read by this author. Well done.

I was given this book for an honest review: With that, I did purchase the first one before reading this one. I LOVED Steam Bunny and was really excited going into this one. I wanted to read about Astrid and Race and see where their story went. Once I started reading it, I was hooked and found myself LOVING Race! How could you not?? However I HAD to google this Ice Hotel to see if there really was such a thing (there is...You'll be curious just like I was!). Since Steam Bunny didn't have any paranormal parts in it, I was a little shocked to see that in this book. It didn't ruin it for me though...It was quite touching-I just wasn't expecting it. I became a big fan of these two!

It took me a lot longer than I expected to read this one.. I actually enjoyed this one more than the first story, it feels as though a few questions that I had from book one was definitely answered in this one and can I just say that Astrid and Race's relationship definitely kept me on my toes...exceptional book and I wouldn't mind reading more about them...onto the next

I MET THESE CHARACTERS IN A PREVIOUS BOOK AND LOVED ASTRID. HER FIESTINESS AND WITT. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK AND THE SETTING IN THE ICE HOTEL, VERY ROMANTIC. ONE PART OF THE BOOK WAS HEARTBREAKING YOU GET TO SEE THE SOFTER SIDE OF RACE AND THE SECRET THAT HE BARES. FAB FROM START TO FINISH WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

I enjoyed this one more than the first book. I enjoyed Astrid and Race. This one had a paranormal aspect to it which I was not aware of and liked very much.
