"Small-town girl turned romance author. I write quick, hot holiday novellas where curvy heroines get the cocky athlete (and the HEA) they deserve. Ball Boy Nights series: one steamy night per holiday. If you love opposites attract, flirty banter, and happily-ever-afters, stay a while. 💕"

4 Stars It was a good short novella with some hot, steamy scenes. The writing was appreciative. I liked the characters and their chemistry. They meet in a bar one night and feel attracted towards each other. They both have their commitments but for one night they free themselves from all obligations and live their share in life. They conceal their identity and commitment from each other. But what happens when they'll know about each other? Read this novella to know the story of two strangers, meeting in a bar and falling for each other.
Love this story! Final edits are done, cover is made, and it's good to go! Keep your eye out for release date!! I promise, you'll want to get your copy of this one!

I absolutely adored this book. Ruben (or Ben) is charismatic, charming, sexy, and also quite a normal guy, with hints of vulnerability and shyness. Kaitlyn (or Lyn/Kaity) is a bit cold in the beginning of the book, but she really warms up to Ruben and I thought that added good drama to the story. She was determined, confident, sexy and cute. They had great chemistry together and I liked learning about their lives, especially Ruben's -- his was quite interesting. The sex scenes were amazing and romantic. I liked the whole theme of the secrecy and then the truth coming out. Both their families were interesting as well, and I loved Ruben's relationship with his sister and her kids. When Ruben started talking about wanting babies I immediately wished that I could read about Kaitlyn being pregnant with Ruben's child. I hope a sequel is considered, as I'd love to read more about them, and see cute moments from Ruben and Kaitlyn while she's pregnant. There's nothing that makes me more gushy than a boyfriend/fiancée/husband doting over his pregnant wife and being all cute, cuddly and supportive. Besides minor spelling and punctuation errors (which of course is nothing big, as they can be fixed), this book was great! Awesome storyline and characters!
Some characters you just fall in love with. I fell in love with Kaitlyn and Ruben. I felt their excitement, their pain, and their happiness. I felt their love. I hope you feel for Lyn and Ben the way I do!
I was given this book to read for an honest review, so here it is….I loved it! Kaitlyn is a strong, successful young woman, Ruben is every women’s dream. It’s well written and a super quick read. A very believable love story with super steamy sex. I could not put it down, you will love it to.
If you want a great story to take you away this is for you. Find your true love and make dreams come true. Melissa Silvey brings these characters to life!
To start this review; I really enjoyed this book. It's a really sweet love story.
If I was being picky (which I am) I felt a couple of bits of description were missing. In one part the couple are choosing which car to drive, they're suddenly at the car with the doors opening, and then they're in his garage stripping (without getting into the car and driving). It did make me read that bit twice, as at first I thought they were stripping in the initial (rather public) car park.
And the dialogue felt a little awkward in places.
Maybe I would have liked the tension to be held a little more; like they really had to jump through hoops?
But these are not enough to take away two stars.
So, those niggles out the way... If you're not a fan of insta love then don't read this book, but any other romance fan can read with pleasure. There's a 'will they won't they' in the air, and it's generally well told.
