What a very sad book. And what a difficult ending? Who was the man at the end that called her name? Her dad??
Did she ever get better?
I didn't like the way the story went back and forth btw 1965 and 1966)…. I was confused by it.
I would have liked to know that she got better….
Mental health is so complicated.
But I wanted to help her. She was a beautiful character. -and so was her grandmother.
