Whistleblower by Mark Thompson O'Connnor

This was the first novel I have read from this author and what a book!

Based around a conspiracy that involves the government, the story is very different and I felt that it had been well researched before being written, and the twists and turns kept me gripped throughout. I won't add anything else to this, so as not to spoil the story for anyone.

I immediately connected with the character Zoe Carlson, an investigative journalist, and from the start I thought that there was just the right amount of background information included, about her. So many books these days spend far too much time including unnecessary information, but I felt that this author had got it just right in this instance.

I would highly recommend reading this book, and seriously hope that with the characters of Zoe Carlson and Andrew McDermott working together in some way, it may become a series in the future!

It was ok. It wrapped up with some unanswered questions. I like a book to end and know everything about it was figured out.
