This volume ends the rising conflict the previous volume left us at, and pushes us straight into the second arc. A brand new conflict is about to occur, and Gao is at the center of the threat once again. With characters old and new coming to the scene, this volume will keep you on your toes while reading. If I had to point out a negative in this volume, its that a minor antagonist does not show us why this person is an antagonist in the first place. At least in the show there was a reason given, but not here.
