This book helped with journaling my dreams -on the daily. By a hi-lighting method on the people, places, things, verbs, behaviors and feelings that came from them. She wrote thought provoking questions and had pages to reference certain kinds of dreams like: when you dream of a lost one, being chased, dreams of war, dreaming of enemies and ex partners.

The questions allowed me to self reflect and analyze my current situation bc most of my dreams are versions of my reality. Decent book to refer back to.

This is a great read for someone who understands that typical "dream dictionaries" are misleading and useless. The metaphors in our dreams are can only reveal their meaning when we explore what they mean to us personally. Delaney's Dream Interviewing Method is a practical way to do that. This book delves into some of the differences between the varying schools of dream interpretation.

A sensible guide to interpreting your dreams. Many of the themes had a focus on disturbing, scary, or upsetting dreams which I very seldom have. Therefore, it was not as relateable for me as it could have been, but that is not a slight against the book really.
