Rebuilding Phase
Ehhh this one moved slow for me. Most of the time was spent in hiding as Fallon and Lily got reacquainted. Fallon worked on relearning her powers and discovering new ones. Fallon and Remington also worked on rebuilding their relationship. It was cool to see the witches in the Coven connect to support Fallon and the overall greater good. However, all the time in between just felt like filler. I am going to read the third book, but I already feel like they should have shortened this one and just made two.

My heart hurts for Kendrick, but you can't deny what Remi and Fallon shared. I can't wait to see the demise of the Guild. I'm anxious to see how it all plays out in the end.

A comedy of errors...
First, it wasn't Remy's fault that he was fumbling through his new found powers and made a mistake. Tragic, yes, sad, absolutely, enough to hold against him for eternity.. no.
Fallon makes stupid mistakes no matter which lifetime she's in it seems.
Poor Kendrick. I think if his parents weren't so awful he would have forgiven him a long time ago.
Lola was with the mess and played not one game, but her foresight fell short as well...
Here is what got me. Out of the witches, the Fang Gang of vampires and a hybrid, not one of y'all remembered that Kendrick could see the future...barely and be controlled by their father? Or that almost everyone there could? Y'all didn't cast a spell against his mind control? I mean....not to victim blame...but....anyway...if you wants to know what I'm talking about...read it. Okay..let me see what they bought to mess up now. They better off letting Papa or brooding ass Axel lead...smh

Wow, I did not see that coming. I feel so bad for Kendrick. Poor baby! It’s crazy how life can change in the blink of an eye.
I love Lily flower, with her head-strong self. She reminds me of my grandmother. And, I’m so happy for Fallon. I know she is going through it with all the changes. I know it gotta be hard af. Whew!
Prima & Mazimus - I really don’t like them & can’t wait to see their demise in the next book. Yes, I’m hoping for that ending!

didn’t see that twist
So I’m back and I have to say that I’m enjoying this series so far.
Fallon is keeping it in the family apparently because it’s now between two brothers. One who is her past and one who was about to be her future. Drastic and unpredictable measures were taken by one which has led to her awakening. The power drunk parents who want to keep ruling in the family are on a war path to eradicate all witches. But the awakening did more than jog her memory. She is now more than she was in her past lives and so is her true love. Love lost and gained in this book. Good read!

At least this time around the cliff hanger wasn't as intense....BUT I very much enjoyed this book as much as the first. After reading the first one, you could never guess what is to come in the second book! The old english chapters were wildly unserious and I could have gone with less of that 😂
Love is the root of everything, and we learn a lot about the history of the Fang Gang. The war is brewing very heavily and I found myself on the edge of my seat the entire way through! I can't wait to see what is in store for book 3...

That cliffhanger leading to this book had me stuck but to find out the Remington and Fallon were each other’s true love and she made the potion that turned him into a vampire!!!
Now I don’t know how to feel because what about Kendrick?!?!?!
Fallon sets out to repair her friendship with Kendrick but his parents come after them because they want him to find a mate still so he can become king and they find out who she really is.
Will the gang be able to save Kendrick without losing someone close to them. The cliffhanger will leave you speechless!!!

Wow I mean this book is getting good. When Fallon gain her memory I thought her and Kendrick would continue their relationship. However, when it comes to having a mate I guess Remington was hers I was surprised. When you read the book you will see why, It’s gonna go down now with Prima and Maximus causing chaos smh. Things are about to get real ugly I hope things turns out for the better on to book 3.

3.75(rounded up) 🌟I understand that Fallon and Remington are a fated match but in my opinion the chemistry is not chemistry-ing the same as it was with her and Kendrick. Also, I could not stand the flashback scenes with the terrible Shakespearean dialogue —I feel like it could have been conveyed better with regular dialogue. I loved the action in this book though and I’m ready to see if what I predict for the next book will come true 👀

Poor Kendrick!
I'm really enjoying this take on the origin of vampires and the witchy connection. I did really enjoy Fallon and Remy finding each other again and I can't wait to see the Guild be dismantled. Also Papa, I think, is my absolute favorite - I really want him to find his mate. I think it deserves it!

Cynnnnn!!!!! WTF?!?! I knew something would happen but OMG! Okay hearing how Remington & Fallon are intertwined was shocking 😳 🤯 Here he is being painted as the bad guy but he is HIGLY misunderstood! The Guild gots to go! I’m so pissed at Kendrick but idk if I should be??? Lily!!!!! This is too much!
