This book, which I purchased on line and downloaded as a PDF file, introduced me to Kathryn Henderson-Hurd, who knows more about marketing and promotion than I'll ever begin to know. Unlike many experts, though, she has a knack for expressing things simply and in terms even novices like me can understand.

If you have a significant business that needs a shot in the arm, this is a book for you. If you just want to know how to communicate better on the Internet, as I did, you'll find nuggets of pure gold, large and small.

I read this, called Kathy, and hired her to do consult by phone on how I could do better what I thought I was pretty good at already: communicating. I'm glad I did. It turns out that the world wide web, which makes so much so easy, also brings a jungle of new complexities and problems. Big-budget or no-budget, we all need to know about these and Kathy is a fine guide with years of experience and training upon which to draw. You'll see that if you read this book.
