This book has so many typos and is just so poorly-written and edited that it is nearly impossible to read after a while. Seriously, the writing is so horrifying that it takes center stage and you can't really absorb the story it's trying so desperately to tell. It got to the point where I was reading passages out loud to people so we could laugh at the sheer absurdity of the writing itself. And what on EARTH does a book on John Dillinger have to do with the author's personal opinions about 9-11 and George W. Bush???
If you can bungle a subject as entertaining as Johnnie D, I'm afraid there's little hope.
This book was the first addition, and is more of a rough draft. However it does contain many unknown facts. I recommend readers purchasing the newer copy entitled, Dillinger, The Hidden Truth - RELOADED. This is an updated version, which IS a great read!
