The books starts off good and presents some very good techniques which can be applied directly to any business but I feel the author loses its focus and tells some a little unrelated stories during the middle chapters. As a whole it is a nice book and could really help in growing and/or establishing an e-business. Even though the book is quite old but the techniques can be used in today's world too.
