About the author

Bobby Marhamat loves spending his days with business leaders who are working to achieve success in scaling their companies. He looks forward to meeting people who want to do better in life, matching actions to their words. One of his many goals in life is to help employees improve their skills and confidence so that they can crush it in whatever they want to do.

Currently, Bobby is CEO of Linxx, a technology company. He has been working with technology companies for 20 years, using his experience with sales, marketing, revenue, and operations to help leaders scale their businesses across their organizations.

Besides enjoying technology at work, Bobby has fun tinkering with home automation and his vegetable garden. (He’s known for his hot peppers.) To combine his love of home automation and gardening, he’s intent on programming his outdoor irrigation system to water based on the local rain forecast.

Once the watering system is working flawlessly, Bobby can indulge in his other passions – traveling and reading. He’s also the author of two other books: Trying to Keep My Business from Being Left Behind in this Social Media World and The “B” Word: Becoming Foolishly Bold in Creating the Ultimate “Brand.” Bobby’s business articles often appear online for Forbes, Social Media Today, LinkedIn, and his own website.

Prior to joining Linxx, Bobby worked at Revel Systems as COO. He has also held other leadership positions as CEO, CRO or VP of Sales in technology companies such as: Highfive, Limos.com, EVO2, Verizon Wireless, LookSmart, ServerPlex Networks, and Sprint/Nextel. He is a contributing member of the Forbes Business Development Council, an invitation-only organization for senior-level sales and business development executives.
