This wasn't as interesting to my 6-year-old daughter (or to me) as National Geographic Investigates: Ancient Iraq: Archaeology Unlocks the Secrets of Iraq's Past, which is still our favorite of this series. It was also too much to read simultaneously with Ancient India - next time around with my next child, I'll be sure to read them one after the other instead.

Serial Peradaban Kuno dari National Geographic memang apik dan menarik. Kupikir, siapapun yang tertarik dengan sejarah peradaban-peradaban kuno -akan cocok membaca buku ini. Narasi yang disajikan ringkas namun tetap padat, ditambah selipan foto-foto yang makin membuat narasinya terasa lebih "hidup". Sama halnya dengan serial Peradaban Kuno lainnya, aku sangat merekomendasikan ini sebagai bacaan yang ringan namun tetap berbobot!
