Every parent, grandparent, or person who works with kids should read this. I get so sick of hearing people put their children down. Listening to parents complaining nonstop about their child's behavior is one of my biggest pet peeves and it never ceases to amaze me that the ones who never have anything nice to say to their children and always sound impatient with them are the ones who have the most complaints about the child's behavior. This book gives perfect examples of how we can reap what we sow in parenting.

This is a great book for parents who need an easy to understand, easy to accept parenting book. The ideal starter for those parents that are resistant to other parenting resources. Chick is also a very approachable person that has a wealth of additional material available.
