"Zero Gravity" contains advice and lively anecdotes on business growth and Internet company etiquette from luminaries such as Jerry Yang of Yahoo! and Jeffrey Bezos of Amazon.com. It provides the contacts you need, in tandem with the know-how it takes to operate successfully in the frenetic, high-stakes world of Internet business. This is "the little black book" for anyone interested in what's really going on in this news-making industry
I read this book years ago when it first came out (in 2000). I sometimes like to read these types of books again, just to gain perspective.
It's a bit dated, so there are some funny tidbits such as “Always carry a bunch of floppies with a copy of your business plan to hand out”.
On the other hand interviews with Marc Andreessen and John Doerr are pretty good and stand the test of time. They are pretty consistent with similar remarks I have seen by both of them recently as well.
