I had hoped for a book that would explain in a structured way what Lean principles are and how to apply them to Project Management. This is not that book.
The author continually uses bulleted lists of items, which he then digs into one by one. This is an exhaustive way of presenting material that deserves a better presentation. He probably knows very well what he is talking about, but does not have the skills to present it in an engaging way.
A missed chance.
