I wish I'd had this very useful book when I started out as a teacher trainer. I've now encountered a lot of the ideas mentioned in the book, not least through John's own blog: https://elteachertrainer.com/ but it's still useful to have everything all in one place as a reminder. I'm sure I'll end up referring to this many times, and will inevitably use it with up-and-coming senior teachers and ADoSes too. Thanks for writing this much-needed guide, John!
