A good book but not a great book. i have yet to find any textbook out there that really covers the area of Drug Delivery for PharmD students appropriately. The physical pharmacy side is completely lacking but that is understandable because it isn't the focus of the book. THE PLOTS ARE HORRIBLE! The statistics are utterly meaningless and downright poor. There are plots without error bars; plots with error bars but no description of what the error bars represent (SD / SEM ???); there are plots with the sample size listed but missing other points.

To make good of a bad situation, I have instructed my students to critically evaluate these plots. First, orient yourself to the plot. What is trying to tell you? What does the y-axis represent? The x-axis? Next, look at the statistics (or in this case) the lack thereof.

For the statistics alone, I give this book two stars.
