My mother often used to catch the Bondi tram from and to Bellevue Hill and she remembers it would often shoot through her stop - hence the expression "shoot through like a Bondi tram". There is no mention of this particular tram but there is lots more. With an introduction by Caroline Butler-Bowden and Annie Campbell, an essay by tram enthusiast Howard Clark and some wonderful photos, this is an excellent little book on Sydney trams.
