I simply loved this book, is full of good advices about selfsteem, about enjoying the simply things of life, like listening to music, reading an interesting book and going to places that you enjoy.
The writer of the book recommends to people to act like a child sometimes, to break the rules, if you have to do it to be happy.

The writer also says that charismatic people see people that are around them as they see themselves, if you have a high selfsteem, this is what will you see in the other people, you will focus on the good things they have and look then with the eyes of love, happiness and bright...

I do know if I really like it because it was my first book of this topic but I enjoy it.
