There was nothing simple about this contract. • A dragon’s protection for her son against her very own death goddess • A volcanic realm vying against the arctic north • A murderer run amok in that legendry land • A necromancer needed to find them • And her Lightbringer sister-in-law answering some fool calling
Their hunt would never be easy. However, Ruein never expected how very wrong it would take a turn.
Caught in her own murderous act, Liv is now enemy-number-one. Locked within the Haraden Realm, their fates are tied to hers. Ruein, Twigs, and Ceer are their Lightbringer’s last hope. If only they’d not been seized…
…and Ruein dead. ⚠ WARNING: Ruein's journey is graphic, violent, and sprinkled with spicy curses. 'The Books' are certainly not for young readers. This is fantasy that is dark, humorous, with a wicked sense of fun.
This is Book 2 in the Haraden Trilogy. The Books are a necromancy series for fans of swords & sorcery best sellers, dungeons & dragons novels, especially those who enjoy d&d 3.5 adventures (as well as dnd 5e). For those that know a dread necromancer, this dark heroine will become unlike any you've encountered before.
While this is my first prosey rodeo, I’ve been crafting stories and messages for years. Starting out as a graphic designer, I used that to parlay my way into television. Once there—Oh look! Animation. That led to script-writing, which flowed into editing, bridging over to directing, and finally ending up as a Producer/Director. All of which is evidenced in my David Copperfield impersonation above.
Yet, crafting other people’s messages just didn’t satisfy my imaginative itch. So, now I produce the pages of a one-day-to-be high fantasy omnibus. An internationally unknown fantasy author has to begin somewhere. Right?
I’m a weaver of edgy action/adventure books, the sort of sword & sorcery novels many of us grew up with. Maybe you’re a fan of Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 or 5e. If you’ve a penchant for RPG style fantasy novels, of arcane and divine magic, dread necromancers and holy evocations, all with a twist of humor, then you’re invited to sit a spell.
