The Kelee: An Understanding of the Psychology of Spirituality

Rate this book
Have you ever thought that there may be a natural answer to a lot of the psychological problems that people experience? A way to understand ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), non-sleeping, anxiety, painful relationships, low self-image, and other kinds of emotional pain. A way to help yourself, or your family with their issues or with you dealing with their issues so that you and the people around you lives improve?
In this book, Ron W. Rathbun, introduces the map and method to help yourself and those around you that you love. The map is your Kelee and the method is Kelee meditation. Your Kelee is invisible--like thoughts, you can't see them but they are there. And what gets caught in your Kelee are emotional misunderstandings--we call them compartments--that we take to heart. And these compartments can be contributors to many psychological and emotional problems. They are bundles of negative energy, and through understanding your Kelee and doing Kelee meditation, you are able to release these compartments and improve your health and feelings of happiness.

I have read this book as well as Mr. Rathbun’s other books 4 or 5 times from cover to cover. I always glean something new, deep and profound. The author has a keen and unique way to make you feel like he is talking to you, which in turn makes his books so enjoyable. I have read many books on spirituality over the course of my life. What makes Rathbun’s books standout is that he provides a step by step way to experience and understand spirituality through your own perception. His overview and explanation of how to do Kelee Meditation is very clear, and you can really learn to do the Kelee Meditation practice on your own. I found that after doing the practice, for awhile, the lessons in the book started to make more and more sense because I was experiencing first hand all the beautiful feelings associated with opening up to my spirit, while simultaneously dissolving old, dysfunctional ways of being and relating in the world. My life has become easier as I have stopped feeding my compartments (a term Rathbun uses to describe psychological issues). I can honestly say his teachings have helped me to live life abundantly. Give his books a try….if you do the meditation practice, as taught in his books, you have nothing to lose except those things you have taken within you that are preventing you from being happy.

"The Kelee" is truly an understanding of Psychology. This amazing book breaks down the understanding of the mind and describes how each person can experience and sense our own Kelee. Rathbun's style of writing is simple and clear. Chapter 4 describes "Compartments", which are our "buttons", "issues", and "baggage". Nowhere have I read a clearer description and understanding of what these "compartments" are and how they have caused dysfunction in my own life. Ron's Kelee Meditation Practice is unique in that he provides a way for each person to learn to mentally sense these "compartments" for yourself, but to also get rid of these "compartments". "The Kelee" has tremendously helped me to see my own life more clearly. If you want to understand your own life, then this is the book for you!
