I have been using this book for years, dipping in and out whenever I feel the need. The exercises have been great for me and I have recommended this book to a number of friends, who have all said they have found the book fantastic. The exercises range from protecting yourself from negative thoughts and people to increasing energy and promoting healing.
If you are going through a particularly tough time with illness or are generally feeling low, then I definitely recommend this book, it's one you can keep referring back to whenever you need a boost.
