user-friendly, accessible, and yet not-messed-up book. Which is a total accomplishment... maybe because it is somewhat self-published/ small-publisher? I think the editorial process has a lot to do with why so many things are this bungled up jumble of ideas that don't even make sense or go in a cohesive direction anymore. This book as a lot of typos, and I disagree with the conditioned response and use of maslow's needs (I think that is a culturally biased theory), but these are quibbles. Overall it is an excellent explanation of one key concept.
