This was kinda depressing, why do I wanna read villain after villain story? I guess I need a happy ending, that makes me one of the people that I complain about, who need a happy ending for their movies.
On the other hand these are memorable and if you are seeking out dark, villain stories, you wont be disappointed.
Zodiac just wants chaos to oppose Osborn's order. 3/5 stars.
The Lethal Legion story remninded me of The Usual Suspects as it was different villains being questioned, to find out the traitor in the group. Narration by said villain of their version of the events, and a little bit of insight into their minds. When I got reminded that there was a twist ending, i thought it might be a blatent ripoff, but it ended well enough. 4/5 stars.
The Made Men issue had nice little short stories of Spymaster, Akuma and new Jack O'Lantern and the new Enforcer (the Gamma corps story was a waste of time). 4/5 stars.
The 3 issue Mr. Negative story has his origin plus Spidey turning... negative and a fight with The Hood (and his goons).
I kinda feel like this is essential for Spidey fans. 4.5 stars.

Who does Frank Tieri have compromising pictures of at Marvel? Seriously. All his work makes me ask this question. While this collection has multiple stories in it, the majority are from Tieri and they're...bad. Add to that the disturbingly ugly (both in story and art) Zodiac tale and you get a mind-numbingly awful read. The only shred of good reading was from Van Lante's Mister Negative story which didn't fir here. Overall, abysmal.

An excellent exploration of the crime underworld during the Dark Reign story that includes appearances from the likes of Zodiac (later heavily featured in McKay’s Moon Knight run), Mr. Negative, and the Lethal Legion. Familiarity with Dark Reign likely adds to the overall enjoyment. Read this as a short story collection rather than one larger overall arc.

A limited series featuring a bunch of villians no one cares about and Wonderman...I guess they had to fit Wonderman into Dark Reign somehow. Fun limited arc though with some interesting plot twists. Betrayal after betrayal after betrayal

Overall this collection was great but it was the loonacy and total psychosis of the Zodiac that made it awesome. I really want to see more of this villain. A lot more.
