believe me, this book is worth being read twice or even more! This book is a valuable source to validate what the other guy said about incline bench press or military shoulder press at your local gym, though adding a few more exercises would hurt no one.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is very focused. It does a great job in explaining core bodybuilding exercises.
For example, it discusses how grip and position effect the muscles work. It doesn't go into general bodybuilding strategy (discussing sets, timing, etc). It also generally doesn't show the anatomy in multiple positions. That being said it's hard to find a book that does all of this. I'd highly recommend this book to trainers and experienced bodybuilders. Beginning lifters should also read this book, but should also read other books concerning overall strategy.

The bad: Only the most basic exercises.
The Good: The minor muscle groups are mentioned too.

This book is a nutritional packed, exercising, supplementation book creatd by Nick Evans. Overall this book shows different exercises for different body groups like chest, traps, shoulders, deltoids, abdominals, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings and many other body parts. This book also has a lot of info on nutritional value such as proteins needed for muscle rebuilding, fibres, vitamins, amino acids etc.The book demonstrated the technique of a exercise showing you how to do it yourself. This book also issues 3 workouts in it for each body part which helps beginners with working out. It also talks about Nick Evanses personal experience with bodybuilding/personal training.

The thing I most enjoyed about this book was the different kinds of exercises. Many other fitness books have exercises in it but this book had ones that I had never heard or seen of before. It also showed the instructions on how to do them and mastering them like a pro bodybuilder or personal trainer. I recommend this book to anyone looking for the technique to master an exercise for the best gains or people who are just learning food nutritional value or exercises.

I received this book for free through the LibraryThing.com Early Reviewer's Program.

I absolutely love this book!!!! I teach anatomy and physiology (A&P) and feel that the descriptions and pictures in this book are excellent. I really appreciate being able to see the location of the muscle in the body, while a particular exercise is being demonstrated. It really helps to bring home the point about structure and function, which is the whole idea behind A&P.

The amount of detail is sufficient without being overwhelming, and the anatomic focus section, which emphasizes things like body and hand position, range of motion, and grip is extremely helpful. I also enjoyed seeing the different variations for certain exercises that will allow all to benefit.

Overall, I found this book to very worthwhile and beneficial. It makes the study of A&P both educational and fun. I believe exercise physiologists will enjoy this book, as well as experienced and novice fitness enthusiasts, who want to experience the wonderful world of muscle anatomy and physiology.

I think a lot of reviewers of this book are fake.

The title: "Bodybuilding Anatomy" is misleading. This book only contains some exercise with some drawing, no specific information provided, no workout, nothing.

You can find better, more accurate, and more complete information about exercise with a single google search. There is no value in buying this book.

Okay book, recommend for beginners. Basically tells you movement of exercise and what muscle(s) it will impact. Good descriptions and images about muscles being worked for each exercise. If your looking for nutrition tips, or a workout plan look somewhere else.
