believe me, this book is worth being read twice or even more! This book is a valuable source to validate what the other guy said about incline bench press or military shoulder press at your local gym, though adding a few more exercises would hurt no one.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is very focused. It does a great job in explaining core bodybuilding exercises.
For example, it discusses how grip and position effect the muscles work. It doesn't go into general bodybuilding strategy (discussing sets, timing, etc). It also generally doesn't show the anatomy in multiple positions. That being said it's hard to find a book that does all of this. I'd highly recommend this book to trainers and experienced bodybuilders. Beginning lifters should also read this book, but should also read other books concerning overall strategy.

Excellent book. Very user friendly. Has visual and written examples of every exercise and muscles worked during that exercise.

Typical male bodybuilder: Where's the glutes?!? Otherwise, an indispensable guide for learning to understand your muscles.

I think a lot of reviewers of this book are fake.

The title: "Bodybuilding Anatomy" is misleading. This book only contains some exercise with some drawing, no specific information provided, no workout, nothing.

You can find better, more accurate, and more complete information about exercise with a single google search. There is no value in buying this book.
