This is a workbook designed to go with Dr. Lorraine Day's "Super Starter Package" (which includes DVDs, CDs and books to help fight cancer or other diseases). Besides the worksheet pages (which you take notes on while watching 9 specific DVDs, and write down answers from them), it also contains a wealth of health and even spiritual information as well.
At the back of the book is the nutrition plan which contains a daily water/juicing schedule as well as a list of shoulds and should nots. There are simple recipes and meal plans as well. She puts this information at the end of the workbook on purpose and warns that if you only focus on diet, you are missing the other 90% of the Health Plan. All 10 steps are critical to follow, not just the diet. But this is where all the details come from for following the nutrition part of the plan, and this works in concert with the DVD "You Can't Improve on God."
In this workbook, Dr. Day also lists all the scientific studies she drew from that support the 10-Step Health Plan.
This workbook was more or less "home base" linking all her other materials together from the "Super Starter Package." I felt like I had someone to hold my hand during my own cancer journey as I worked through this workbook. It was definitely worth it!
Note: not all of the DVDs that are covered in the workbook were part of the original "Super Starter Package." Expect to pay a bit more if you want to fill out the workbook in full (I do recommend at least getting the "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not" DVD, which was an incredibly powerful talk on faith and healing, but was not part of the original "Super Starter Package.")
