About the author

Mike is six feet, four inches tall and weighs 200 pounds on a good day (a very good day). He and his lovely wife, Annette, have five kids and a turtle named Franklin, who ran away from home this summer. He is still trying to find him.

Mike enjoys the mountains and also loves to vacation at the beach. His favorite thing to do on vacation is to boogie board in the waves and often stays out in the ocean too long and gets a sunburn on the top of his head where he's starting to go bald.

His favorite foods are burritos and oatmeal (not together). Sometimes he cuts his own hair. He can ride a unicycle, annoy people with his banjo playing, and speak Spanish. When he was eight years old he burned down his neighbor's fence (never, never, never play with matches) (NEVER!)

I think this book was AWESOME! It's about Raymond and Graham trying to be the most popular kids at camp. When they get there they're having second thoughts about being popular because they think they have the lamest kids in thier group like bb(Bug Boy)and Tiny(They don't know why he's named tiny since he's huge). Also a kid named Mark kicks in and eats slobber. Now he's the most popular kid there. Graham and Raymond just doesnt like it that theyre the dorkiest people at camp. Until Graham says Raymond will eat a worm. Everyone loves it that raymond will eat a worm. They have bad luck that they had a bet with wearing underwears on thier heads. BB hate it that Raymond wil eat a worm. Raymond felt sorry and went to lunch. BB saves the day by giving Raymond a gummy worm. It turns out that it was the best Summer ever!

I am currently reading Raymond and Graham Cool Campers by Mike Knudson. I am at the part where Raymond and Graham have just arrived to the camp and are trying to act cool.I think the author does a good job of explaining how the characters like when Raymond knock his sister door he steps back because he is scared. My favorite character is Raymond because me and Raymond have some things in common like we both like to go camping and we both like to scare people. I really enjoy this book and I would recommend this book to you if you like humor.

In "Raymond and Graham Cool Campers," the boys go to summer camp and decided to become the coolest kids at the camp. Their coolness is threatened when David, their enemy, arrives and does his best to ruin camp for them. David plays mean pranks on Raymond and Graham, like switching Graham's underwear with a much bigger guy's. Raymond and Graham try to get revenge. The pranks about underwear continue, and get crazier until, at the camp Olympics, the losing team has to wear their underwear on their heads. By the end of the camp Raymond and Graham still aren't cool, but people like them. The point of the story is that you don't need to be cool for people to like you, you just need to be yourself. I don't really relate to Raymond or Graham because I've never cared about being cool, and I don't like doing things that could get me in trouble. It's fun to read or hear about pranks in fiction, like in "The Parent Trap" when the twins sabatoge each other's cabins at summer camp, but that's not the sort of thing I'd really like to do.

This was the most funniest books i have ever read.I really liked the end because all Raymond had to do was eat a gummy worm with dirt on it and wear underwear on his head and Raymond and Graham became cool.I wanted to keep reading when the book ended but the author HAD to end it.I hope the next book comes out soon so i can read it.

I loved this book! It was really really funny ( like when Tiny and Graham switched underwear :-)!!!), and it told me a little bit what the Raymond and Graham series were like, since this is my first book I've read. I'd recommend it for people that like really funny books. I'm looking forward to reading more of the series!!!

Best friends Raymond and Graham are really looking forward to summer camp and are determined reinvent themselves as cool kids, but when they end up in a patrol called the toad Claws things don't go quite as planned.

i think this book is SOOOO funny, my favorite part so far is when Tiny and Graham accidently switch underpants because David plays a prank on them!!!! I can't wait to meet the author.

His was a really funny book. I loved how The Tode Claws were being brave at the end an were undeewaers on their heads. I think this is a great book for anyone who likes humor.

I love these guys. Just a great J series for boys. Lots of humor and fun.
