Whoever want to know the basics of color, how its made up of, how it interact with each other and how it impact physically or emotionally to human beings then this book is one the best because this book gives you all without giving you ton of details about physical properties of light.
Phil is an acclaimed photographer and he also shows his artistry in this book as an author where he kept his very chapter on point and take you on the journey with necessary detours.
Another thing which I appreciated about Phil is his vast knowledge about both film photography and digital photography. Its always helpful to know the past and how it impacted todays technology. This is a rare information which you can come across.
I highly recommend this book to not only budding photographers but anyone who simply appreciates color because color made us all.
