Lots of clearly laid out exercises here. I wish there were also suggested routines depending on your injury. It's hard coming up with my own plan. (An accompanying DVD would be ideal.)

Picked this book up since I've been experiencing left shoulder pain for the last few months. I was interested to find some exercises and stretches that might strengthen my shoulder and help eliminate the pain.

The book described all of the shoulder's muscles, bones, and other structural elements. It provided an extensive list of exercises and stretches for the shoulder and had good descriptions and photographs for each. I'm looking forward to using the information in this book to help strengthen my shoulders.

Healthy Shoulder:100 Exercises for Treating and Preventing Frozen Shoulder, Rotator Cuff and Other Common Injuries by Karl Knopf
Who hasn't felt a twinge as they reach for something?Perhaps playing catch or baseball you feel that pain in the shoulder or perhaps your job requires a lot of lifting or pushing pulling, then this is the book for you.
Describing the different problems encountered with the shoulder and various treatment options, this book then goes on to describe multiple exercises to help relieve and strengthen the shoulder muscles.
This book is not intended to be a self diagnosis book, if you have constant pain the see your doctor, but if you are or have been in therapy or just want to relief and prevent shoulder strain then add some to your routine or make this your routine for awhile.

Having had shoulder issue's in the past and have worked in a job that placed constant strain on the shoulders and back I found this book very helpful. Some of the exercises I have actually done after a shoulder injury and others I plan on giving a try.
I would highly recommend this book for anyone needing to help relieve and then strengthen their shoulders and tie in's.
