I'm usually a big fan of novels that include a woman going undercover. In this case, though I enjoyed myself, there weren't that many of the elements that I usually look for. I found the heroine a little bland and too willing to follow her 'fiancee's' lead. And usually I wouldn't think that a problem, but for the fact that any time that she thought of something for herself, she seemed to be putting herself in danger. It seemed as if the only good decision she made was the one to initially don pants and cut her hair.

None the less, if you're looking for a quick read, this novel is a good choice.
