I read this every year. Every day. I keep it in my car and read the day’s mantra before starting my car. Nice meditation exercise. Very nice book!

This is actually an ongoing book for me, although I haven't had to pick it up in awhile, I read it when I need to relax. I keep it at work for quick pick me ups. They are daily meditations, so it easy to use.
