I found this book to be a worth while read as it has some good visualization techniques. The best results, for me, was that it changed my frame of mind for a while. It helped me become more hopeful about the future and altogether more positive when dealing with my day-to-day challenges. It's a quick and easy read and I will recommend it to anyone who like the self help genre.
This is a good book nicely written and an easy read. I have read the authors work before. If you are new to cosmic ordering it would be great for you. I read it to try to get me out of a negative thinking funk and it didn't really do if for me, but that is more about managing my own expectations rather than any fault with the book.
Good and easy steps to acheive what you want... Some exercises may not be very useful but the concept is very good. The book itself is practical and easy-to-follow
I'm going to read another more sucessful one which its review is better.
