Warrior Walking: A Guide to Walking as Exercise, Meditation, and Self-Defense

Rate this book
Here is a clear and concise text designed to help the seeker discover sophistication within simplicity. Author Josh Holzer has been a student and teacher of martial arts for twenty years. A series of injuries forced him to look for alternative ways to continue on the path of mental and physical growth he had chosen early on. His search led him to practice dozens of martial arts, to study under several tai chi masters, and to delve into the study of yoga, qigong, and meditation. It is the integration of the essentials of these disciplines, as presented in this book, that are the core of his Warrior Walking program.

Well it is a little over the top at times. But still a good and short guide to maximizing time spent walking.
