Cathy, this is my second book that I have read about your impressive and acclaimed biographical life. I read this book after taking a break from my obsession with reading, it was addictive and passionately expressed with humility that it only took me a solid 5.5 hours straight to read and appreciate your work. It makes me so proud to be amongst your iconic nature in my lifetime. I am a young woman seeking to create a change socially especially among the future change makers of our country: as a youth worker. I really strongly encourage anyone to read this book as I learnt so much about yourself genuine spirit, Hunger, courage and determination to beat all personal and sporting records. Best book I have read for a while.

This book gives an interesting understanding of the challenges of being a sports hero, how it can affect your personal life and the ongoing pressures of others.
It is pleasing to see that Cathy has found happiness in her post racing world.
