I absolutely love this book! There are great recipes for just about any dietary needs to get you started. The first part is all nutrition and tips on how to encourage picky eaters.

A great place to get started, although I didn't find any of the recipes interesting I did find the factual information very interesting.

Lots of recipes, which I haven't tried, but a nice survey of suggestions nonetheless. I especially liked the tips on keeping food hot or cold and some of the other suggestions to make food appealing (sprinkles!)
